Описание: Several years ago there was a plan to link Blezard Valley with the Cross Country Ski Trails in Capreol. At that time it was was possible to travel much of this distance over un-official trails. These trails were surveyed and documented under the heading of "Trails North'. Lack of interest caused this project to be shelved in the planning stage but one of the features was to install a walking bridge over the Vermilion River where there was once a Railway Bridge. The landowner's permission was sought but no agreement could be reached. There was another hitch also and that was that a railway line was going to have to be crossed. The question presenting itself now is how could you travel from Capreol to Hanmer and beyond without crossing the railway track. This video details an attempt to do that on the 21st of May 2012.
