ACCIONA has been awarded the contract to create the largest caisson floating dock in Latin America in São João da Barra, Brazil. This 71-meter long and 49-meter wide shipyard, the Kugira floating dock, will become the greatest naval construction feat in the country thanks to advancements in its manufacturing and assembly, as well as its capacity for harboring multiple shipbuilding projects at once. This video highlights the fact that the water transport of the dock was a complex project in and of itself.
