firstly, i want to apologise to my russian friends. i've only experienced russia through counter-strike and daniil kvyat, so i hope you'll forgive the egregious amount of блять.

the only other way i've experienced russia is through stroganoff, and my favourite rendition of it is a low-and-slow, creamy and silky 8-hour version of it. with beef tender beyond comprehension and a decadent wad of sour cream making love to the sherry-glazed mushrooms, it's the perfect way to set yourself up to hibernate for winter.
