14 Day Itinerary Sailing Greece (Cyclades)

Описание: In the month of June 2025, we sailed Greek islands for 2 weeks. This video is our 14 day itinerary of sailing Cyclades and Saronic gulf.

In our 14 day journey, we sailed around 400 nautical miles, to total 9 islands, 2 of them in Saronic gulf, 7 islands in Cyclades. The whole journey was a scenic route every day. For any plan to sail Cyclades in the summer, the chance of encountering Meltemi is very high. Meltemi shapes all the itineraries, including ours from changing routes to finding safe anchorages.

We anchored in 11 different anchorages, some were bustling towns, others were uninhabited islands. We were short handed. For the perfect peace, we chose anchorages and went to shore with dinghy instead of docking in marinas that are usually very crowded in the summer.

Our journey started from Athens. First We sailed to 2 places in Saronic gulf. The island of Egina and Cape Sounion which is not an island, then we sailed to 7 islands in Cyclades, Milos, Poliegos, Santorini, Ios, Folegandros, Kimolos and Mykonos. Our original plan included Paros and Nexos, but we encountered force 9 Meltemi and had to change the route.

Our passion for Greek islands didn’t stop here, we will be back.
