Remote VerseVIEW feature can be used for controlling the presentation via your phone or other device on the network. It can also be used for virtual screens with lower third to add to your live stream.
Typically once Remote VV is enabled, you need to use the IP address to access VerseVIEW remotely. An easier way is to use the host name of your computer running VerseVIEW .
On windows 10, type the word ABOUT on the lower left search box. This will open the computers about screen and show you the device name.
Another way is to Open the command prompt and type hostname and enter. This will also give you the hostname.
Now you can use a link with your hostname instead of the long IP address. Please remember to use your computer’s hostname or IP address.
