Today was the day of our long-planned tea tour in Wazuka, Kyoto.
We visited two different producers and saw their farms and factories.
With the first producer, we visited a tencha factory, which produces the raw-leaf, used to make matcha.
With the second producer, we saw the fabrication of Gyokuro and Sencha.
