Goldcar Car Hire, Palma airport Spain,,families with children queuing for 2 hours in 40c heat, 7th July 2016.
then charged 168 euros for damage to door when there was no damage.when collecting this car (fiesta) I went back into the car park office to ask the staff to come to the car as there was a scratch on the door handle and a cracked rear reflector,,they refused to come to the car but asked me to mark the damage on a paper plan of the car which I did,,,,,when returning the car I asked the staff again in the car park cabin/office (blonde lady and guy) to come to the car and confirm there was no damage,,,they refused to inspect the car,,,,after returning home I am told I will be charged 168 euros for damage to the car door ????? I pay extra for insurance online when booking ,,then when collecting car at airport asked for more insurance for CDW??? HOLIDAYAUTOS have no contact with GOLDCAR????? the company for complaints is CARTRAWLERS ????? NIGHTMARE !!!!!!
