just for reference:

based on the dictionary, 禁断 (kindan) means forbidden and 少女 (shoujo) means girl while 禁断症状 (kindan shoujou) means withdrawal symptoms. i sticked with the translation provided by "Is It Necessary" (i'm really grateful...) because it appears that the context of the lyrics tells about the condition of the girl in the song...
