Описание: A rare tour given to journalists recently gave a glimpse to the kind of weapons Taiwan has been developing. In recent years Taiwan has focused on making more of its own weapons and more sophisticated ones, to rely less on the United States. The weapons it’s developing are not only those used for conventional warfare. A recent tour at the National Chung-Shan Institute of Science & Technology -- the brains behind Taiwan's weapons program -- gave a glimpse to what high-tech warfare will entail, and what weapons Taiwan hopes to have if the unfortunate happens -- war breaks out with mainland China.
