I’ve got a bumper crop second cutting, I need a bigger barn!!!

Описание: Sunday July 27th 2025 the temperature was in the 90’s, sunny and no rain in the forecast for the up coming days. After breakfast and a cup of coffee I fired up my late great grandfathers 51’ cub to cut the field. Then used the Kubota L3200 with the LELY 300 Tedder and tedded it immediately after as well as the following afternoon. That day was also in the 90’s with a light breeze and sunny. Tuesday after work I tedded it one last time and then immediately got the New Holland 55 rake hooked up to the SMTA and got to making windrows. Then hooked up to the New Holland S68 baler and proceeded to crank out 65 bales from my 1acre field!! Need to thank the local square bale guru Jeff for going over the baler for me and adjusting stuff. It worked absolutely flawlessly. I can’t say thank you enough to my friend and coworker John for coming over so his son Shaun could fly the drone for me. I’m also indebted to my neighbors Carlos, Tim his wife Brittni and one daughter for coming over and helping to load the bales on the trailer and then stack them in the barn, without you guys it would’ve taken significantly longer and more hard work. Let’s see if there’s a 3rd cutting in this field in the fall so we can do this all over again….!!!! Between this cutting and the first, we’ve got 115 square bales so far for this upcoming cold season.
