In the Heart of Lowertown examines the strengths and challenges of Ottawa's oldest and most complex neighbourhood. This series gives voice to key players from this community including residents, volunteers and agencies that contribute to its well-being and development.
This fifth episode describes the issues facing Lowertown youth and the importance of supporting them via programs, activities and access to infrastructure.
The series was produced by the Lowertown Community Resource Centre thanks to the support of BellMedia and the expertise of videographer, Lévy Marquis.
