Akal Takht Acting Jathedar Gargaj Meets SGPC Preachers Ahead of Bhai Tara Singh Ji Wan Campaign

Описание: The Nanakshahi Sammat 558 calendar (2026–27) was released from the Akal Takht by acting Jathedar Giani Kuldip Singh Gargaj and Harjinder Singh Dhami. The calendar is dedicated to the 650th birth anniversary of Bhagat Ravidas and the 400th foundation day of Kiratpur Sahib.

Gargaj urged Sikhs worldwide to begin the new year with Gurmat Samagams in every Gurdwara and adopt the Nanakshahi calendar to celebrate Gurpurabs and historical events. The Shiromani Gurdwara Parbandhak Committee also announced preparations for the 300th martyrdom anniversary of Bhai Tara Singh Ji Wan, with Nagar Kirtans and Gurmat programs scheduled in Wan village, Tarn Taran district.
