💡 What if you could do the task without the misery?
Here’s a shift: Instead of resisting the task, lean into it. Let go of the thoughts causing the frustration and focus on the experience itself.
👉 For example, if you’re drafting a report, notice the rhythmic sound of the keyboard or the flow of your thoughts as ideas take shape.
👉 If you’re on a call with an unhappy customer, feel the weight of the phone in your hand or the cadence of the conversation.
When you let go of the resistance and stay fully present, the task becomes lighter—and so does your mood.
