OVERVIEW: Sheila, Convoy’s headstrong niece, never knew what happened to her parents—but she saw her uncle as a father figure. When he formed the Vigilantes, she begged to join. He refused. Undeterred, Sheila secretly built her own combat vehicle—possibly with help from John Torque—and tracked Convoy down. Furious at first, he eventually let her in.

Before Vigilante 8: 2nd Offense, Sheila lived a quiet life with Convoy and his new wife, Houston. But her uncle’s strict ways and a dull job at his gas station didn’t sit well. On her 18th birthday, she was sent to California for school. Months later, everything changed: Convoy and Houston vanished, and the Coyote gang returned under new leadership. Sheila dropped everything and raced to New Mexico.

ENDING: In V8: 2nd Offense, Sheila graduates from the FBI Academy. As her cap flies skyward, she opens a fresh case file: Molo’s rap sheet. Inside, a note from Chassey Blue wishes her luck. Sheila’s first mission begins.

VEHICLE: Sheila rolls back into V8: 2nd Offense behind the wheel of the Wonderwagon—an off-road beast with solid speed, Strider-level armor, and killer acceleration.

SPECIAL WEAPON: Across V8, 2nd Offense, and Arcade, Sheila’s signature weapon is the Tantrum Gun—a brutal mini-gun that shreds enemy vehicles and strips them of their weapons, even Specials.

TRIVIA:
As revealed in her Vigilante 8: 2nd Offense Quest Mode, Sheila never viewed Slick Clyde as an ally, and regarded him as a "dweeb".
In Vigilante 8: 2nd Offense for the Playstation, one of Sheila's character select quotes has her speak minimal Spanish, hinting that she either knows some Spanish or, theorized by her tan skin and dark hair, could be part Hispanic herself.
In Vigilante 8: Arcade, Sheila is only available as a DLC character.
Sheila is one of three characters who keep their Special Weapon throughout all three installments of Vigilante 8. The others are Molo and Boogie.
