My background includes clinical training in marriage and family therapy as well as years of experience working with couples and families. I have also been married for 10 years while juggling the challenges of a professional career, running a business, and raising 3 kids, so I understand the work it takes to keep a marriage thriving in the middle of high-demand stressors.

I know that traditional couples counseling doesn't always feel like the right fit to everyone (though I highly recommend it), so I hope that sharing relationship education through this low-pressure format helps make a difference wherever you may find yourself in life right now.
