HE WANTED BUNS, HE GOT BUNS! - Plain (decorated) and Sultana - All from the One Batter!

This is my old faithful recipe that I've used for over 40 years (gosh that makes me feel old 🤣). It's never let me down and they always turn out great! This lot was devoured in no time and that is testament to how good this recipe is!

Here's the single batch recipe which makes about 1 1/2 dozen depending on what size bun trays you choose to use.

8 oz butter or margarine
8 oz caster sugar
4 eggs
8 oz self-raising flour or plain with added baking powder
1 1/2 tsp vanilla

Bake 18-20 mins 170 oC Fan oven
