This is again Jitendra Kumar Patel here and today we are going to see how we can do social Engineering on Local Lan.

So What is Social engineering ?

Social engineering, in the context of security, is understood to mean the art of manipulating people into performing actions or divulging confidential information.

WE are going to use SET, A tool to do this kind of attack.

SO let us first of all start our Machine...


Steps :

1: Start Set and create a fake Webpage (Any webpage can be used ).

2: Provide the victim with our server IP address by means of Any Social engineering techniques.(There are a bunch of techniques to do this.)

3: Getting the access on the victim Machine.(Real Hack)

Here attacker is Using BackTrack 5
And Victim is using Windows Xp.

SO let the Game begin...
