My Thoughts and Opinions:
Fit - overall, as good as your ability to create your own personal sizing profile
Shirt:
Fits appropriately based on the measurements provided
Snug, but comfortable (I might not opt for Slim going forward)
Pants:
A Slimmer traditional fit, not too slim
Style
Shirt:
I preferred wearing in more dressy ensembles (I recently wore a tie with this shirt)
More of a polished look than traditional chambray (which can be denim-esque and more casual)
Pants:
Can be worn for both dress and casual
Nice features with the zippered back pockets and the deep large change pocket
