We are delighted to present our newest undertaking: a luxury custom residence spanning 3,126 square feet, thoughtfully situated on a 7,500 square foot lot. This three-story estate will feature three bedrooms, four bathrooms, and a detached Accessory Dwelling Unit, designed to harmonize refined living with modern versatility.

The site itself introduces formidable challenges. Positioned on a narrow hillside between three established properties, this home requires a carefully orchestrated approach. Our design calls for a multi-terraced structure, with each level elegantly stacked to create a striking architectural profile, complemented by rooflines that mirror the natural slope of the terrain.
Beneath the foundation, the scope of work is equally complex. Our team will install underground plumbing and electrical systems more than 30 feet below finish grade, ensuring both resilience and precision. To stabilize the hillside, we will employ 12 structural caissons, delivering the necessary shoring and enduring structural integrity.
