In this video, I found a completely rusted and abandoned antique cast-iron sausage stuffer (Boston & Worcester / Mason & Co) and decided to bring it back to life !.
This wasn't just a simple cleaning job. Watch the satisfying ASMR process as I remove decades of rust, machine a brand new custom copper cylinder from scratch, turn a new wooden handle, and craft a beautiful solid wood base to replace the rotten original.
To test if it still works after all these years, I use the restored press to make fresh homemade sausages and grill them up for dinner. The result is absolutely delicious !.
