Morning Mobility and Yoga:
20 mins stretching focusing on hip mobility, legs and shoulders
20 mins of yoga to get your mind set for the day
20 mins dynamic warmup to get loose before morning run
Running:
2 mins sprint, 60 second rest x 10
~ 30 mins total
Warmup (20 mins):
Lateral movement with tennis ball and reaction ball
Shadow swings
Fast feet into sprint
Reaction ball catch
shoulder stretch with bands
ball toss
1st tennis workout: (90 mins)
Cardio/endurance focus
ground strokes and patterns
Off court fitness (Circuit Training - 60 mins):
Goblet Squats
Lunges
Pushups
Tricep Dips
Clap Pushup (to failure)
Hip Rotations from Plank Position
Spider Crunch (obliques)
Fast feet or some explosiveness exercise
5 Circuits Total
Warmup (20 mins):
Lateral movement with tennis ball and reaction ball
Shadow swings
Fast feet into sprint
Reaction ball catch

2nd tennis workout (90 mins):
Tactical focus
Serve +1 practice
Volleys
