Описание: Welcome to week 2 of my 28-Day Surf Fitness Challenge.

This week's surf fitness workout is aimed at improving your your total body surf cardio, strength and mobility using one of the most underrated pieces of training equipment for surfers, the beloved resistance band.

We will be working through a series of exercises. Each exercise is to be performed for 1 minute and there are no breaks in between each exercise.

How does this surf fitness challenge work?

The goal is to complete this workout once a day for 7 Days.
A new video will be uploaded on the Monday of each week.

Each week the challenge would be to pair the workout video assigned to that week, along with the video from the previous week. So this weeks challenge is to complete the workout from week 1 & week 2, taking your total workout time to a quick & effective 25 minutes!

Week 2 workout ( well you are on the right page) :)

If there is a particular workout video you really enjoyed from any of the previous weeks that you would like to pair with the assigned video of the week you are in then please feel free to do so. There are no set rules, only that you have fun working out and achieving your goals.


MODIFICATION: If you are not able to work for 1 minute per exercise, please adjust your working and resting times according to your level. As long as they fit into 1 minute (eg - 40 seconds on and 20 seconds rest or 30 seconds on and 30 seconds rest...you get the idea) you will still be benefiting from this workout.

VERY IMPORTANT* - When performing exercises that require you to lie on your back, please check in with your lower back and make sure it is pushed into the floor and remains in contact with the ground during all reps. Draw your belly button towards your spine to engage your core so you ensure you are working from the right area.

Time under tension is what we are working towards so that you can improve your endurance and strength, which are key factors for us surfers!
