We travelled to Yumthang in the summer to see Rhododendron in full bloom. The entire road is in a pathetic state right now and you can check that in our video. But the beauty of the place won our heart. The people, the hospitality, the natural beauty, everything is just perfect in Yumthang and Katao. Both places are near to each other. Yumthang is definitely much better than Katao, as opposed to what some fellow youtubers claim. Singhik is amazing too, but for Aama Homestay's brilliant experience.
