Mini Briefing: How We Target Environment-First Voters

By isolating these individual "low propensity environmental voters," EVP can then bypass the hard, messy, expensive stuff of politics (i.e., changing people's opinions) and simply focus on changing environmentalists' behavior — turning them from non-voters into new voters and then into consistent voters.
