Footage of various bus models on the M1, M2, M3, M4, M7, M10, M11, M15 (Local/SBS), M57, M101, M102, M103, and BxM2 routes operating along Amsterdam Avenue, at West 72nd Street or 73rd Street. This includes New Flyer XD60s in SBS Scheme (M15 SBS, M103 routes) and local scheme (M15 Local, M102 routes), Nova Bus LFS HEVs (M2, M4, M10, M57 routes), New Flyer XDE40s (M7 route), Orion VII NG Hybrids on various routes, Nova Bus LFSAs (M15 Local, M101, M102, M103), and a Prevost X3-45 (BxM2 route). Some bus routes shown never meet each other when regular service is operating, such as the M15 Local/SBS with virtually every other route (except the M57).

Due to the New York City Half Marathon, every single bus in Midtown was rerouted via the West Side of Manhattan. There was absolutely no north-south bus service from 1st Avenue until 9th Avenue/Columbus Avenue, which provided for some very interesting service patterns. Almost every bus in Manhattan was operating down 9th/10th Avenue at some point during their trip. The Q32 was rerouted via 65/66th Streets and 9th/10th Avenues through Manhattan.
