Mscout2004 and Zann continue pushing deeper through the tree, only to find that every step forward somehow makes things worse. What starts with a game of tug-of-war quickly turns into rail surfing, frantic movement, and nonstop combat.
After taking down a wasp mini-boss to break into a vault, the fight escalates fast. Swarms of wasps attack from every angle, exploding larvae litter the battlefield, and coordinated groups form mid-fight just to try and take them out. Even escape isn’t safe — the duo ends up sliding down a massive tunnel while still fighting off waves of enemies the entire way down.
At this point, the tree feels less like a path forward and more like a full-on war zone.
