Описание: As part of the Renewal certification, each parish leadership team carried out a missionary commitment by developing a renewal plan that fostered a renewed sense of mission and commitment among parishioners. In a process of discernment, pastors and leaders identified needs they had observed in the parish. They added survey data collected from parishioners. The process was built on four pillars: Education (equipping leaders with tools), Community (building belonging), Empowerment (putting discoveries into practice), and Discernment (creating a mission plan that responded to parish needs).
