West Bengal’s Banglar Yuva Sathi scheme, offering Rs 1,500 monthly allowance to unemployed youths aged 21–40, has drawn massive response. Enrollment camps are underway from February 15–26, 10 am to 5 pm, where applicants can submit documents and get acknowledgement on the spot. The scheme supports youths for up to five years or until they secure employment.
