One pot rice with mince

Описание: Simple dinner idea: Rice with ground beef mince

Cook basmati rice on the side add pink salt and turmeric and set aside

In a sauce pan add mince, separate the mince and cook it until just cooked
Add onion and garlic
Add bell peppers
Add mushrooms and mix
Add baby spinach slightly chopped
Add seasoning (pink salt and black pepper, lamb spice, paprika, seven colours grill seasoning)
Add tomato paste and soy sauce and stir
Add 1 teaspoon brown sugar
Add fresh rosemary
Add a bit of warm water and stir until well combined
Add the rice and mix until well blended
