1 Medium Size Onion finely chopped
4 to 5 Lasun ki kali Finely chopped (Garlic clove finely chopped)
1 inch Adrak finely chopped (Ginger)
1 Hari Mirch finely chopped (Green chilli)
1/2 cup Fansi finely chopped (Green Beans)
1/2 cup Gajar Grated (Carrot)
1/2 Tsp salt
1 Tsp Kasuri Methi powder(Fenugreek leaves)
3 Medium Size Boiled Aloo(Potato )
1/2 Tsp salt
1/2 Tsp Haldi powder (Turmeric powder)
1 Tsp Kashmiri Red chilly powder
1 1/2 Tsp Dhania powder (Coriander powder)
1/2 Tsp Kitchen King Masala
1/2 Tsp Bhuna jeera powder (Roasted cumin powder)
1/4 Tsp Ajwine (Carom seed)
1/2 Tsp Chat Masala
2 to 3 Tbl sp Hara Dhania finely chopped (Green coriander leaves finely chopped)
50 Gram Paneer Grated (Cottage cheese)
1/4 Tsp Punjabi Garam Masala powder
5 Medium Size Simla Mirch(Capsicum)
1 Tbl sp Sarso oil (Mustard oil)
1/4 Tsp salt
Grated Paneer for seal
Simla Mirch(Capsicum)
1 Tbl sp oil
For Gravy
2 to 3 Tbl sp oil
1 Badi Elaichi (Cardamom)
3 Elaichi (Green Cardamom)
1 Pc Dalchini (Cinnamon stick)
1 small pc Jawantri (Mace)
3 long (Clove)
1 Tsp Jeera (Cumin seed)
1 Big size Onion Grated
1 Tbl sp Lasun finely chopped (Garlic)
1/2 Tbl sp Adrak paste (Ginger paste)
2 to 3 Tbl sp Hara Dhania finely chopped (Green coriander leaves finely chopped)
1 Tsp Kasuri Methi powder (Fenugreek leaves powder)
2 Tsp Kashmiri Red chilly powder
4 Big Size Tomato Grated
1/2 Tsp Dhania powder (Coriander powder)
1/2 Tsp Bhuna jeera powder (Roasted cumin seed powder )
1/2 Tsp Chat Masala
1 Tsp salt
1/2 Tsp Chole Masala
1/2 Tsp Punjabi Garam Masala powder
1/4 cup Kaju powder (Cashew nut powder)
1/4 cup Pani Nikala hua Dahi(Hung Curd)
1 1/2 cup Hot water
1/4 cup Fresh Cream or Malai
2 Tbl sp Hara Dhania finely chopped (Green coriander leaves finely chopped)
1/2 cup Hot water
Serve with Roti,Paratha,Puri,
Tandoori Nan,Rumali Roti,Steam Rice & Jeera Rice
Garnish with Grated Paneer (Cottage cheese)
