Here's a hands on look at restoring a Rusty Knife I found in the wild.
Polishing and resurfacing stops the rust from coming back,
once you get to the bottom of the pit's the steel transitions to a
patina type look, darker and blackened metal but not active rust.
This took about 35 minutes, I cut it up some to make it easy to watch.

For the polishing and restoration of this knife,
I am using a viking whetstone pendant made
of Ancient Ocean Jasper from Colorado.
This is a very special stone and I am the only
