A sonic tribute to the Kieffer's Commando during beach landing in Ouistreham on June the 6th 1944.

Through the grey mist, Normandy stands,

Kieffer and his men, on the wild, raging sea,
In the barge, warriors trained, brave and free.

Hell’s own roar, the fleet lets fly,
Volunteers know the reason why.
At the Breach (La Brèche), they hit the sand,
Hell unleashed, but still they stand.

Concrete walls, mines, and wire,
The old casino’s a wall of fire.
Kieffer down, but won’t retreat,
Through the storm of steel and heat.

Officers fall, the ranks give way,
