Everything else you see here is the product of an on 'n off hobby endeavor that has languished in an incomplete state on my PC since I was still in high school. So what has Louie done all this time?

I spent over a week tracing images of Mr. Sandman to get all the assets for King Harkinian in a usable state, and seeing as I didn't want to tack on additional weeks to the project, I kinda half-assed the illustrations in a lot of other areas. The same thing applies to the animation; it was my first time doing something like this before, and let's just say Premiere Pro isn't a good fit for the frame-by-frame precision demanded by a Punch-Out match. Corners were cut there as well, mainly animating the health bars (didn't know how masks worked until the end of production...) and stuff like Morshu only ever dodging to the right. Looking back, I can't help but feel that this supposed remake wasn't as polished as I hoped it'd be. It was a good effort nonetheless, and I may release the assets created for this YTP, if only to show you all just HOW MANY frames there are.

One thing I am definitely proud of though, is the sentence mixing. Sentence mixing is the most fun part of creating content with the CD-i characters to me, it's like a jigsaw puzzle, with the individual syllables as the pieces. Morshu doesn't have any good "A" sounds still. It was a pain just getting him to say the word "safe", but that's the challenge that comes with mixing.
