Masks must be worn indoors and restrictions on gatherings are back after Victoria recorded a fifth case of COVID-19 in Melbourne's northern suburbs.
Acting Premier James Merlino announced that from 6pm on Tuesday, home gatherings will be limited to five visitors per day, while public gatherings will be restricted to 30 people.
