The Band Heaven was one of the most popular bands in the Miami, Florida music scene during the 70's. Gigs included playing in Local Clubs, Open Houses, Cuban Dances, Quinces etc.
Many times they play along with other great local bands such as Coke, The Antiques, Mantrap, Opus and others. Band members throughout the years included; Homer Castro - Sax, Gus Suarez - Sax, Roly Ortega - Drums, Pedrin Fuster - Bass, Mike Prieto - Trumpet, Rolando Ortega - Trumpet/Trombone, Bill Resnick - Keyboards/Violins, Tony Fernandez - Guitar, Rafael "Wafy" Armenteros (RIP) - Lead Singer, Jorge Fernandez - Light Show, Antonio Fernandez Sr. - Band Manager.
