Organized around a stone base, it adapts to the terrain and is divided into service, private, and social areas. With a simple, low-maintenance design, it features a panoramic terrace, cross ventilation, a sloped roof with photovoltaic panels, and a structure of concrete and wood. A separate service area includes parking, storage, and a water reservoir.
