Notes:
You cant stack the bloodstone relic out of combat so this build will shine on phased bosses like slothasor where u can safely precast everything, otherwise the shredder/firework build is still good and still up to date.
AED/Static Shock is a good alternative if you have abundant fields & superspeed, it is the more efficient filler skill but I would recommend medic gyro unless you really need AED/CC.
