Описание: Today, we've got a tune from Kool & the Gang! A rather versatile group, whose sound changed throughout the years, but perhaps best known for their disco, as we hear with this tune. Oddly and sadly enough, I recorded this take the day that Ronald Bell, one of the co-founding members of the ensemble, passed away.

It's safe to say that disco in general has shaped a lot of my drumming, as I love to make music/drumbeats that make people dance, and disco excelled at that very thing! So here's some laid back 4 on the floor grooving.

This drum cover is one of a series of 30 throughout the month of September, acknowledging Black Artists throughout the last century that have indisputably shaped modern music. Their influence for the last 100 years in the development of popular music is abundantly present and must be consistently acknowledged. Black Lives, Artists, and Music Matter.
