This class is designed to help you gently stretch, improve flexibility, and release tension without anything complicated or overwhelming.
We move slowly, focus on breathing, and keep every pose approachable, making this perfect if you’re new to yoga, getting back into movement, or just want something calm and grounding.
You can use this as:
• a morning wake-up stretch
• an evening wind-down
• a reset after work
• a rest-day recovery flow
All you need is a mat and a few minutes for yourself.
