With half a season behind this rifle I do feel like the rifle is a worthwhile investment for predator hunting. The modifications that were done were rather inexpensive and really improved the feel and function of the rifle.
The 69vt ammo has been consistent and accurate but the terminal performance has room for improvement. I feel like I have a big enough sample size of coyotes to really grasp how these bullets are functioning. Trust me no one is a bigger critic of my shooting or shot placement than I am and I am constantly looking how I can improve the shot for the most human shot. The results under 150 yards are ok at best and the identical shots over 200 yards are perfect.
