I visited Queen of Sheba, the first and oldest Yemeni restaurant in the UK, and it did not disappoint. This spot in London has been holding it down for years, and after this meal, I can see why.

From the warm hospitality to the rich, slow-cooked flavors—this place gives you a proper Yemeni experience. I tried classics like Saltah, Mandi, lamb stew, fresh bread baked in-house, and their legendary Yemeni tea. Everything was full of flavor, and the portions were generous.

This is more than just food—it’s culture, history, and passion on a plate. Definitely one of the most authentic spots I’ve tried in London.
