Today, I Started The Morning By Harvesting Fresh Thai Eggplants To Prepare A Simple Countryside Meal. I Made Quick-Pickled Eggplants, Boiled Pork, And Served It With Fermented Shrimp Paste — A Humble Village Dish That No One From A Rural Childhood Could Ever Forget. A Simple Meal, Yet Filled With Memories.
In The Afternoon, I Bought More Pre-Sprouted Vegetable Seedlings To Plant In The Garden Bed In Front Of The House, Which Was Fully Harvested A Few Days Ago. I Turned The Soil, Planted Each Seedling, And Watered Them — Watching The Garden Slowly Turn Green Again Brings A Very Special Joy.
The Weather Has Become Very Cold Lately, So I Decided To Install Heating Lamps For The Pigs, Chickens, And Ducks To Keep Them Warm Through The Night. Seeing The Barns Warm Up Makes Me Feel Much More At Ease.
