It’s me again with another first-clear video, this time for Kazeros Gate 1 on TFM difficulty. After nearly two months of clearing the raid on vanilla Hard mode, I finally decided to attempt TFM with a finished Ark Grid build. The setup I’m running is Mayhem Dark Rush 1-1-1, as the name suggests, with Dark Rush being the main damage-carrying skill. This is on the January 2026 balance patch, so yes, it’s the fixed–cooldown Dark Rush build.
If you’re wondering about the rotation, there really isn’t a fixed one. The cooldown reduction doesn’t line up cleanly, at least in my case, since I’m running mixed CDR gems. It’s very situational: sometimes you need to prioritize Dark Rush above everything else, and other times you hold it after two or three skills so the next cycle lines up better.
Even though I’ve cleared Kazeros Hard mode nearly ten times, I’ve never performed particularly well in Gate 1 because it’s very easy to brute-force. Think about it: you barely endure Phase 1 (which should be quick), bring Whirlwind stagger grenades for Prokel and hope others throw theirs, reach the Phase 2 basement, and the boss almost immediately phases into clash. That gives the whole team a free burst window. After that, the boss is usually around 500x, where everyone hypers, bursts again, and drops Nineveh to break the shield, which it does, pushing the boss to around 380x. And yes, that leads to yet another burst window with Wei, and just like that, you’re already in Phase 3.
That flow doesn’t really apply in TFM difficulty. It took me a while to properly learn Phase 1 and Prokel, and I’m still kind of a noob in the Phase 2 basement, as you can probably tell from how much I’m bouncing around. The group here was essentially clear-ready with three helpers, so we opted for the 500x skip, where everyone commits to pushing and ignores the mechanics. By the time we reached Phase 3, it felt more like a victory lap, the mechs aren’t very demanding and don’t require much coordination or teamwork.
As usual, this is my first time clearing, mistakes are a lot, watch this and play better!
