Описание: A homogeneous blend of PVC powder with all other additives such as the stabilizer, lubricants, filler, and other additives is an essential for meaningful results. The mixing is done by combination of hot/cold mixing before the final extrusion process. A heating mixing as a first phase of mixing should homogenize the PVC powder and all additive components while the temperature of the blend rises. Then, the dry blend is dumped into the cooling mixer as a second phase of mixing to cool down the powder blend. The final product of premixing process is a dry, free-flowing blend. These mixing are so effective on final process and PVC product properties.
