🌠CONCLUSION - Huawei vs. GOOJODOQ:🌠

So in conclusion, you really get what you pay for.

The Huawei M-Pencil is precise and there is a fair amount of variation possible - bringing it close to a real pen. With a price of 99€, this pencil is for either professionals or people who use it a lot - or even daily. You certainly get what you pay for and the price is reasonably justified.
One con is that it doesn't work on the Huawei Matepad T10s, you need to own a newer tablet.

The GOOJODOQ pen is with its 15€ certainly a lot more affordable than the other pen. Even at a price like this, you get a fully functioning touchpen to use on your Matepad, Ipad, Samsung or any other device. It does lack a lot of the M-Pencils precision but if you use a good drawing or writing app then it certainly becomes easier. One hack to get better results, is to zoom in and you'll notice that you can be a lot more precise than before. For a price of 15€ this is an awesome pen with basic functions.
