Nurtured by hand every step of the way, in true Bernard dedication, this wine is naturally fermented on the lees and barrel matured in French oak for 7 months. Outspoken and ample bodied this wine is brimming with peach, litchi and tropical fruit layered with intriguing spicy aromatics and a richly textured palate.
