150 g flour
150 g softened butter
150 g icing sugar
1 teaspoon baking powder
5-6 st. spoons of milk
Meringue:
5 proteins
180 g sugar
a pinch of salt
100 g nuts
Cream:
200 ml cream 33-35%
500 ml milk
2 eggs
120 g sugar
30 g icing sugar
50 g flour
