“Steamed eggs meatloaf” is a common breakfast for many Vietnamese. It’s usually served with broken rice and sweet and sour fish sauce.
Don’t let its many ingredients fool you, this dish is still a simple dish to make, I believe you can make it on your first try!
🥚INGREDIENTS🥚
400gr of grounded pork
7 eggs
10gr of dried wood ear mushroom
25gr of rice vermicelli
1/2 onion (50g)
1/2 carrot (40g)
3 shallots
3 cloves of garlic
green onion bulbs
1 tsp salt
1 tsp seasoning powder
1 tsp sugar
1 tsp black pepper
1 tsp sesame oil
3 tsp fish sauce
