These artifacts include slag, bloomery iron remnants, and small tools such as nails, hooks, and blade fragments, with dimensions ranging from 2 to 15 cm in length, 1 to 5 cm in width, and 1 to 10 mm in thickness. Most relics are heavily corroded, displaying a red-brown rust coating that often obscures finer details but reveals a fibrous texture typical of wrought iron. Hammer marks are visible on many pieces, indicating traditional forging techniques, and some artifacts show signs of carburization with a carbon content of approximately 0.4–0.6%, suggesting early steel production.
