Описание: What an interesting time it has been! For the past weeks I‘ve been going through some big process health wise. Again and again there were things happening that really brought me back into my body. For me it‘s always an invitation to look inside and to discover and unpack what lies beneath it. Yesterday was the first day I was feeling a little better, so I could finally record the video I was looking forward to soooooo much!

In all of this, I felt the energy and presence of the atlantic ocean so much, how she held me through all of this. Hearing her soft waves all day long as I was resting at home.
